Berggruen Holdings is in the first stages of the development of this luxurious tower, located in the heart of Tel Aviv’s Rothschild Boulevard. It is being designed by architect Richard Meier.

The Company has begun building the foundations of the tower. All necessary permits for the tower were received on July 09.

According to the current building plan, the tower will include a 42-story luxury residential tower.
