Our investments range from modest commitments to multimillion dollar single transaction. We owe our financial flexibility to the guidance of our Investment Advisor, Nicolas Berggruen. His advice has allowed us to make swift investment decisions which have contributed to longer investment horizons and flexibility in financing.

At Berggruen Holdings, we work closely with our management teams, developers, and asset managers to identify appropriate investment opportunities with few requirements except for positive cash flow.
